<div style="text-align: center;">
Last week we celebrated Chloe's 6th birthday. She is getting way too old on us! We had fun making a watermelon cake.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-hfOiwWTjiNw/U6G3J3DjNdI/AAAAAAAABXU/n-Kw9UulH7g/s1600/chloe+rug.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-hfOiwWTjiNw/U6G3J3DjNdI/AAAAAAAABXU/n-Kw9UulH7g/s1600/chloe+rug.jpg" height="218" width="320" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
I love this picture of her. It is from when she turned 2.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-3NRKBWocYpA/U6G3HS4wymI/AAAAAAAABXA/PkCmlP85Bdg/s1600/Chloe+Soccer.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-3NRKBWocYpA/U6G3HS4wymI/AAAAAAAABXA/PkCmlP85Bdg/s1600/Chloe+Soccer.jpg" height="240" width="320" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
When I got her soccer picture last night I was a little bit stunned. The left is soccer last year, the right is soccer this year. How she has grown and changed in one year is amazing! She is losing her baby look more and more.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/--P99xNIa7mA/U6G3SyB6opI/AAAAAAAABXg/jU68LTLJRDk/s1600/DSCN0577.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/--P99xNIa7mA/U6G3SyB6opI/AAAAAAAABXg/jU68LTLJRDk/s1600/DSCN0577.JPG" height="240" width="320" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
And she is looking more and more like her big sister all the time.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-klJi9grVXeg/U6G3ihLUY6I/AAAAAAAABXo/M8CAlfb6KoU/s1600/0214141046.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-klJi9grVXeg/U6G3ihLUY6I/AAAAAAAABXo/M8CAlfb6KoU/s1600/0214141046.jpg" height="320" width="240" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Chloe is just as spirited and full of life as ever. She tends to dominate & lead in most situations. She is friendly & outgoing. I can't walk down the school hallways with her without the constant "Hi Chloe" from all kinds of other kids. Chloe was invited to 7 birthday parties - in kindergarten! We did not go them all. Tyler & Hannah had a discussion that between the two of them put together, they are not sure if they have been invited to 7 birthday parties. The girl has a personality & it is just too darn loveable! </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-o85luuw69w0/U6G3HlearRI/AAAAAAAABXE/3CPpWeN-3d0/s1600/chloe+birthgrad.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"> <img border="0" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-o85luuw69w0/U6G3HlearRI/AAAAAAAABXE/3CPpWeN-3d0/s1600/chloe+birthgrad.jpg" height="320" width="240" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
From the hospital to kindergarten graduation, our little girl has grown in so many ways. She is our precious little sweet pea & we love her to pieces. We are grateful to God for having blessed us with such a wonderful gift of raising her. Happy Birthday Chloe! You are loved!</div>

<div style="text-align: center;">
I know this post is after the fact, but hey, it is April 23, so it's something to be exactly one month late...right? On March 23 our little Hannah turned 9.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-x8xYxM53spY/U1f99LHnXfI/AAAAAAAABWM/4rcGl20zMPg/s1600/Tyler+&+Hannah.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-x8xYxM53spY/U1f99LHnXfI/AAAAAAAABWM/4rcGl20zMPg/s1600/Tyler+&+Hannah.jpg" height="320" width="240" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Oh my. This picture makes me want to cry. They were so little! What happened to the babies?!</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-dNa5jV6nu3s/U1f-FwkWgiI/AAAAAAAABWU/niFr6kW8zCE/s1600/0315141419.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-dNa5jV6nu3s/U1f-FwkWgiI/AAAAAAAABWU/niFr6kW8zCE/s1600/0315141419.jpg" height="320" width="240" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Back to age 9. We went bowling with some friends.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-myNE-4SEkvE/U1f-IiUxwRI/AAAAAAAABWg/-3ST77GUFGM/s1600/0320141935b.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-myNE-4SEkvE/U1f-IiUxwRI/AAAAAAAABWg/-3ST77GUFGM/s1600/0320141935b.jpg" height="240" width="320" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Hannah is the child that wants to bring something special to school for her birthday. Tyler is good with cookies. Chloe was perfectly ok with fruit snacks. Hannah - it can't just be cupcakes, they have to be special ones. And that's ok - she loves to help make them & they show her personality, so I embrace it. This year, it was owl cupcakes. We was an especially busy night at home that night we had to do them, so thank goodness for Grandma coming to join the assembly line. Tyler & Grandpa kept trying to steal them - I think Tyler was successful. However, I still have in my kitchen drawer a bag full of the other half of all those oreos - who wants to eat an oreo without the good part?!?!</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-2nsMrq-58fI/U1f-IbBjqoI/AAAAAAAABWc/GuHM6ILzQ10/s1600/0324141853a.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-2nsMrq-58fI/U1f-IbBjqoI/AAAAAAAABWc/GuHM6ILzQ10/s1600/0324141853a.jpg" height="240" width="320" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
We ate at grandma's house & had fun playing with Joey. It gets kind of rough. Poor Tyler.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-h86zXhzzXCE/U1f-K4fXXNI/AAAAAAAABWs/wSQWxP4kYmQ/s1600/0324141900.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-h86zXhzzXCE/U1f-K4fXXNI/AAAAAAAABWs/wSQWxP4kYmQ/s1600/0324141900.jpg" height="240" width="320" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
I still can't believe our Hannah is 9. She is so beautiful - not just on the outside, but on the inside. Hannah has the most compassionate heart. She often says she wants to be a missionary & I can see her doing that. Her heart breaks for people in need, and what greater need do we all have than Jesus?! She is amazingly crafty & full of expression. She is all about drawing, writing, dancing, singing, gymnastics & soccer. I think it becomes impossible for her to walk across an open room - she needs to cartwheel across. She often says, can I please do a cartwheel - I haven't done one all day, I NEED to do one! Hannah, you are such a precious gift & we thank God for you every day! We love you!</div>

</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-EUKJChEmKz8/UzMef6BD2WI/AAAAAAAABVs/c3uF2WHRYY0/s1600/0317142024a.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-EUKJChEmKz8/UzMef6BD2WI/AAAAAAAABVs/c3uF2WHRYY0/s1600/0317142024a.jpg" height="240" width="320" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
We had some fun this year for St. Patrick's Day. I found it strange, because we are not a family that does Santa, we don't leave teeth for the tooth fairy, and no Easter bunny. But, this year, we did lephrechauns. The school makes a big deal about them, and that spilled over to home. The kids are very aware that they are not real. But they had so much fun making traps to try & catch one. It was a lot of in their rooms with the door shut, and then they would run out, grab stuff, hiding it behind their backs & running back into the bedroom. I just let them have some fun. Above is Hannah's trap. Below is Chloe's trap. They used potatoes as "bait" because they are Irish...which mean potatoes. There is logic to the madness!</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-Eqx7VfEVNlE/UzMeh0mbMdI/AAAAAAAABV0/NSKoLjwj2Cc/s1600/0317142024c.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-Eqx7VfEVNlE/UzMeh0mbMdI/AAAAAAAABV0/NSKoLjwj2Cc/s1600/0317142024c.jpg" height="240" width="320" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
When it came time for bed, Chloe was actually too scared because she was afraid of one being in their room. She also thinks her bed is always crawling with spiders, so I think we have issues beyond lephrechauns. When they woke up in the morning, the traps had gone down & most of the potatoes were gone! The ones that were left had these weird holes in them (I must say they looked an awful lot like a wine bottle cork screw hole). And a note that said "Hehehe, you didn't catch me!" Those girls went crazy! They even took the potatoes to school to show their teachers. What's life if you can't have a little fun fooling your kids right!? But I think they are fooled. They know daddy always eats "Santa's cookies" and mom always just gives them a a half-dollar coin for teeth, but who could have put holes in those potatoes - and where did the missing ones go? Little do they know - they ate the evidence for supper. :)</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Well, until they read this blog post that is.</div>

<a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-YlFxfC8X-rM/Ux4Fn8jlvNI/AAAAAAAABTs/6v92t4Bhp7c/s1600/1226131318h.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-YlFxfC8X-rM/Ux4Fn8jlvNI/AAAAAAAABTs/6v92t4Bhp7c/s1600/1226131318h.jpg" height="320" width="240" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Due to a family tragedy (see more towards the end of this post), we left bright & early Christmas morning to head to Colorado. Our parade of cars headed cross country. Tyler spent most of the ride with Grandpa & Grandma, taking pictures like the one above. I chose only to share the one, rather than the 500 others.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-kgerySKrmuc/Ux4Frv6dXUI/AAAAAAAABT8/nzz0GTdJ36s/s1600/bathroom.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-kgerySKrmuc/Ux4Frv6dXUI/AAAAAAAABT8/nzz0GTdJ36s/s1600/bathroom.jpg" height="320" width="240" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Mid-America was very flat. And not good when you really have to go to the bathroom. Where do you stop?!?!? These small towns don't even have gas stations! Or else the ones that they have are very scary. We were a little scared, for real, at one place in particular. We were afraid Andy was being held inside for not buying anything. We contemplated just leaving him rather than going back in. But don't worry, he eventually came out on his own.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-pg4QeswDmlo/Ux4FqkJuPDI/AAAAAAAABT0/K2dsUgccYMQ/s1600/bridge.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-pg4QeswDmlo/Ux4FqkJuPDI/AAAAAAAABT0/K2dsUgccYMQ/s1600/bridge.jpg" height="320" width="240" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
On the way out, we noticed this bridge. Chloe couldn't see it. She kept saying, I don't see it! We were saying - it's right there, over the whole road. I think she was just being Chloe.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-VSXPCyN3m_M/Ux4FtHs_oaI/AAAAAAAABUE/-2N9dV8I4go/s1600/cornhuskers.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-VSXPCyN3m_M/Ux4FtHs_oaI/AAAAAAAABUE/-2N9dV8I4go/s1600/cornhuskers.jpg" height="240" width="320" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Tyler kept asking if we would see the Cornhuskers stadium. We said, no way, we won't be close enough. It turns out, our hotel that first night was right next to it. We had a perfect view of it. I think Tyler stared out the windows at it for hours. I also have about 100 pictures of it.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-JFQXD5F1_xM/Ux4Fvk5-ncI/AAAAAAAABUQ/tPYKZJ4kaVw/s1600/dvd.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-JFQXD5F1_xM/Ux4Fvk5-ncI/AAAAAAAABUQ/tPYKZJ4kaVw/s1600/dvd.jpg" height="240" width="320" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
First, how can she stare at a tv screen with the mountains outside her window! But really, those DVD players saved my sanity on this trip. Thank you Tessmanns for sharing them with us!</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-u8X6Q4E_XYY/Ux4FvRLpUCI/AAAAAAAABUM/rGEgpsqn944/s1600/h+&+c.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-u8X6Q4E_XYY/Ux4FvRLpUCI/AAAAAAAABUM/rGEgpsqn944/s1600/h+&+c.jpg" height="320" width="240" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Hannah was my photographer. I was driving, so I couldn't take pictures. She really did a great job. And these two did so good on the whole trip. It was days of driving, and there was hardly any complaining or fighting (see the first picture reference of Tyler being in a different car). And only 1 throwing up!</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-ALeiH5EAue8/Ux4Fx7QxwnI/AAAAAAAABUc/eXr8Trsif24/s1600/mountain+6.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-ALeiH5EAue8/Ux4Fx7QxwnI/AAAAAAAABUc/eXr8Trsif24/s1600/mountain+6.jpg" height="320" width="240" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
We had to drive through a mountain pass. Literally up through the top of a mountain. It was amazing. I kept talking to my van, saying you can make it up this, you really can. Who am I kidding - I was telling myself that for myself! I am still amazed that I drove all the way to Colorado - by myself! (well, I had family in vehicles in front of me & behind me) but I actually drove it. Even in the big cities. God provided in so many ways, and I couldn't have done it otherwise.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-xNusf_71p3c/Ux4F1TDpQDI/AAAAAAAABUk/jlSeRcdNkzQ/s1600/mountains1.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-xNusf_71p3c/Ux4F1TDpQDI/AAAAAAAABUk/jlSeRcdNkzQ/s1600/mountains1.jpg" height="240" width="320" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
I was just so in love with the beauty of the mountains. The majesty of God on display.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-IKqFjmIW-UY/Ux4F2G-uuTI/AAAAAAAABUs/QHSYM4WM9eA/s1600/pikes+peak.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-IKqFjmIW-UY/Ux4F2G-uuTI/AAAAAAAABUs/QHSYM4WM9eA/s1600/pikes+peak.jpg" height="240" width="320" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Approaching Colorado Springs. The sunset was so brilliant we could hardly see.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-OAkZdeX_BsY/Ux4Jbd0B0XI/AAAAAAAABVA/WNxXLAeHfFM/s1600/h&K.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-OAkZdeX_BsY/Ux4Jbd0B0XI/AAAAAAAABVA/WNxXLAeHfFM/s1600/h&K.jpg" height="320" width="320" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
This is a picture of Kaila & Hannah. On the left is a few years ago. They are such cute cousins! On the right is the two of them at the funeral. My how they have changed into such beautiful young ladies.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-XXxFDt-oqN8/Ux4LI4Wbn9I/AAAAAAAABVM/Ap4_6OI0PVA/s1600/c&k.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-XXxFDt-oqN8/Ux4LI4Wbn9I/AAAAAAAABVM/Ap4_6OI0PVA/s1600/c&k.jpg" height="240" width="320" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Sadly, the reason we went to Colorado was for the funeral for my niece, Kiana. Kiana died tragically on December 23 at the age of 14. This is Kiana when they were here visiting. She & Kaila loved to make make fun of our accents (especially the word bag). And they always giggled at how Chloe would announce her arrival "Chloe Kapitz is here"</div>

<div style="text-align: center;">
Kiana was a beautiful young woman. She is deeply missed by us, and so much more so by her loving parents. In the midst of such tragedy, we continue to stand in prayer with our family for continued healing & comfort as God continues to work. God has used her life, and death, to showcase His glory in so many ways. Displaying God's truths on love, forgiveness, gratitude, and then putting feet to those truths. Grace & the Gospel in action! Kiana was not only our niece, the kids' cousin, a granddaughter, a friend, a daughter, a sister - Kiana was a professing believer in Jesus. That means as her sister in Christ, we will meet again in Heaven, as we together worship our Lord & Savior. What great hope & joy that can be found in Him, regardless of the circumstances. </div>

<div style="text-align: center;">
I have been at my job at FBC for 10 years, as of last November. As an amazing gift, the people of FBC gave our family a trip to the Dells. We have never been there, and we were very excited to go. So we went for a few days in February. The picture above this is of the high ropes course. Yes, this means walking around on ropes up in the rafters attached by a harness. Not my thing, but I did it with them anyway. Well, it turns out that it is also not Hannah & Chloe's thing. Only, they figured that out at the top of the course while they were clinging to poles, crying, and refusing to move. How do you get down you ask? You have to go back through the course to get to the exit. By the grace of God - we made it back. It was a very long experience. When we got off, Hannah said, let's do it again! Um, No. I have no pictures of us up on the course because no cameras or phones are allowed - because people tend to drop them & they break or crash into people below. Below the course was one of the arcades. We also spent a lot of time there, Tyler of course, loved the arcade.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-s7N0EDvnZRQ/UwzEeUbnayI/AAAAAAAABTA/7cXwuc2Q70I/s1600/0213142053a.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-s7N0EDvnZRQ/UwzEeUbnayI/AAAAAAAABTA/7cXwuc2Q70I/s1600/0213142053a.jpg" height="320" width="240" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Most of the time was spent in one of their 3 indoor waterparks. We went from park to park & loved them all. Chloe would be playing & when the clanging bell gives the heads up on the bucket dumping, she would run to stand in front of the pillar to kind of get wet from it. Hannah & Tyler spent most of their time on the big slides, while Chloe stayed closer to me & the smaller ones. Chloe had the lifeguards giving her high-fives to the point where they would be looking for her & goofing around with her. It was fun to watch that.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-lmpT-1F537Y/UwzEdPYFD2I/AAAAAAAABS0/7IflI8ItipM/s1600/0214140931.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-lmpT-1F537Y/UwzEdPYFD2I/AAAAAAAABS0/7IflI8ItipM/s1600/0214140931.jpg" height="320" width="240" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
We also played a couple of rounds of black-light, 3D mini golf. When you take a picture in the dark, you miss that the pirate's gun is pointed right at Tyler's head. We also did some laser mazes and laser tag. I wish I would have gotten a picture of Chloe in her laser tag vest, since it came past her knees. In our first round which was just us, Chloe lost big time, since Tyler had no mercy on her. However for our second round, we had to play with 11 other people that we didn't know. And Chloe won that round! How did that happen? Well, these strangers felt bad for her. They would come up to her and say, oh you're so cute, I won't shoot you. But how about I let you shoot me. So as a result of them all doing that - she won!</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-PThLm45-Vnc/UwzEhOvrepI/AAAAAAAABTM/fqNPaLs13XM/s1600/0214141046.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-PThLm45-Vnc/UwzEhOvrepI/AAAAAAAABTM/fqNPaLs13XM/s1600/0214141046.jpg" height="320" width="240" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
They really liked the wave pool. I liked it because it was all natural light. Chloe decided this day that she wants to grow her bangs out. I'm all for that. So now we are sporting the fountain head pony tail for a while. And the end of that day, when we back to the room, she was quite disappointed because they were not all grown out. She wasn't thrilled to learn that it doesn't happen in just one day.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-y7L_1bn0tEI/UwzEjpTcsaI/AAAAAAAABTU/81obRQ7j6gQ/s1600/0214141051b.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-y7L_1bn0tEI/UwzEjpTcsaI/AAAAAAAABTU/81obRQ7j6gQ/s1600/0214141051b.jpg" height="320" width="240" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
They are kind of hard to see in this picture, but it was typical of how they did it. Tyler jumped into the waves with no tube, Hannah relaxed in the tube, and Chloe karate chopped the waves nice & close to the "shore".</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-h6XuyECgyrI/UwzEmp8qMzI/AAAAAAAABTc/tmfhVvOkc2c/s1600/0214141438b.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-h6XuyECgyrI/UwzEmp8qMzI/AAAAAAAABTc/tmfhVvOkc2c/s1600/0214141438b.jpg" height="320" width="240" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
We also went to this really nice place for supper. An expensive buffet with so much delicious food to choose from. And do you know what they ate? Chloe ate a salad (or two) - no surprise there. Hannah ate chicken noodle soup. And Tyler - he ate spaghettios! What? All that food and you eat spaghettios?! But I had promised myself that this trip was all about having fun & letting them enjoy the time. So if that's what you want to eat, then I am glad for that. (But I still had to express my what?! here).</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
This trip was such an amazing blessing. Without the love of Christ pouring out through our church family, something like this would not be possible for us. We are so blessed that it is hard to express the extent of the thankfulness & gratefulness that we feel. God is so incredibly good, He doesn't just faithfully continue to be our provider, He goes above & beyond His provision and blesses us beyond what we could ever imagine. So thank you to everyone who helped make this trip possible. It brought such joy to the kids, so thank you, thank you, thank you.</div>

<div style="text-align: center;">
This week Tyler got off the bus with a vase of flowers. He had ordered them through the school for Valentine's Day. He bought one for each of the women in his life. Which is me and all his Grandmas. So we took time that afternoon to deliver to the Great Grandmas, and Grandmas. One grandma wasn't home so I still have hers in my kitchen with mine. I was just so touched that Tyler spent his own money, all on his own idea in a way that was a blessing to others. God is doing some great things in him!</div>

<a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-DPS-hKiULCw/UjNo0m13WnI/AAAAAAAABR0/5Lv_Co3HBts/s1600/DSCN0744.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="240" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-DPS-hKiULCw/UjNo0m13WnI/AAAAAAAABR0/5Lv_Co3HBts/s320/DSCN0744.JPG" width="320" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
We are back in the school routine! Yeah!! Our traditional first day of school picture by the school tree. I still remember how when we first moved into our house, we didn't have a school tree. So the <i>night before</i> the first day of school my husband went to my parent's house & dug up this very tree & planted it so that I could keep the tradition going the next morning. To this day, I appreciate how he did that.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-cApTh8QnwyQ/UjNo1VHj0CI/AAAAAAAABR8/q-pshIeph0o/s1600/DSCN0748.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="240" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-cApTh8QnwyQ/UjNo1VHj0CI/AAAAAAAABR8/q-pshIeph0o/s320/DSCN0748.JPG" width="320" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
The first day was just Hannah & Tyler going, but Chloe needed to get in a picture. Hannah was not happy about that.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-6X6o8tOA3-0/UjNo15DF5oI/AAAAAAAABSE/GLdxfJ2pMcg/s1600/DSCN0750.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="240" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-6X6o8tOA3-0/UjNo15DF5oI/AAAAAAAABSE/GLdxfJ2pMcg/s320/DSCN0750.JPG" width="320" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
This was the next day. The baby's first day of kindergarten! </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-ccbkAhHpKig/UjNo2scAqCI/AAAAAAAABSM/sG9LWHHLrj8/s1600/DSCN0753.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="240" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-ccbkAhHpKig/UjNo2scAqCI/AAAAAAAABSM/sG9LWHHLrj8/s320/DSCN0753.JPG" width="320" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Of course, the traditional back picture.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-YB83y6-Xfhk/UjNo3-I90pI/AAAAAAAABSU/CztFXi1MmzE/s1600/DSCN0754.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="240" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-YB83y6-Xfhk/UjNo3-I90pI/AAAAAAAABSU/CztFXi1MmzE/s320/DSCN0754.JPG" width="320" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
And this one shows a little personality.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">

<a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-lwN0Mdq3AKA/UiYmOSe6QuI/AAAAAAAABRk/l-l7PaQ6mxg/s1600/chloe+fb.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-lwN0Mdq3AKA/UiYmOSe6QuI/AAAAAAAABRk/l-l7PaQ6mxg/s320/chloe+fb.jpg" width="240" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Football season has started. Well, it started in August. Chloe trying on some of Tyler's gear. The kids all decided to play a game of football. It usually doesn't end nicely. One middle child who will remain nameless always ends of crying because one older child always tackles too hard. But I absolutely love a summer evening playing out in the yard. The radio in the garage was super loud & the other neighbors probably thought we were crazy, but that's ok, I love making these kind of memories.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-sXHsqIDwi_0/UiYlqd-CxRI/AAAAAAAABQY/0Emot5PrPlE/s1600/DSCN0727.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="240" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-sXHsqIDwi_0/UiYlqd-CxRI/AAAAAAAABQY/0Emot5PrPlE/s320/DSCN0727.JPG" width="320" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Here is Chloe being the center. She was all set to go. I'm not sure how she was able to that since Tyler's jersey is like an ankle length dress on her.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-XhXdnyAdnuk/UiYlo7eiL6I/AAAAAAAABQM/jrqjIe7mCow/s1600/DSCN0729.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="240" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-XhXdnyAdnuk/UiYlo7eiL6I/AAAAAAAABQM/jrqjIe7mCow/s320/DSCN0729.JPG" width="320" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
This is the only fair tackle. Kelsey taking Tyler down. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Then the girls getting back up</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-aWSfZQqjcIg/UiYlrSa-b1I/AAAAAAAABQk/J6eLYphGjfw/s1600/DSCN0730.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="240" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-aWSfZQqjcIg/UiYlrSa-b1I/AAAAAAAABQk/J6eLYphGjfw/s320/DSCN0730.JPG" width="320" /></a></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-HJhjAXzPrpI/UiYl1Q0vUII/AAAAAAAABRc/0B_fSKkjym0/s1600/DSCN0732.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="240" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-HJhjAXzPrpI/UiYl1Q0vUII/AAAAAAAABRc/0B_fSKkjym0/s320/DSCN0732.JPG" width="320" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
This is Tyler trying to explain the technical details. As you can tell, Hannah & Kelsey were like "Huh?" And Chloe is off rolling in the grass not even listening anymore.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-x8JNWyQpCIg/UiYls3Sgx4I/AAAAAAAABQs/3RAwor1SM6w/s1600/DSCN0733.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="240" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-x8JNWyQpCIg/UiYls3Sgx4I/AAAAAAAABQs/3RAwor1SM6w/s320/DSCN0733.JPG" width="320" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
The main objective of every play: tackle Tyler because he has the ball.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-VnJ2NNVMZg0/UiYltF3nSBI/AAAAAAAABQ0/3wP0MnOoD2I/s1600/DSCN0734.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="240" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-VnJ2NNVMZg0/UiYltF3nSBI/AAAAAAAABQ0/3wP0MnOoD2I/s320/DSCN0734.JPG" width="320" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
The little one goes all out in the tackle. Allie even has to pull her off Tyler. But she wasn't coming off from him without a fight.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-b_rknb0KB3s/UiYluR-TrTI/AAAAAAAABQ8/oKsG6FSvSQA/s1600/DSCN0736.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="240" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-b_rknb0KB3s/UiYluR-TrTI/AAAAAAAABQ8/oKsG6FSvSQA/s320/DSCN0736.JPG" width="320" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
The team. They are all wearing Medford/Kapitz shirts. Hannah & Kelsey are wearing jersey's of Tyler's from previous years. Chloe is wearing his current one. Tyler is wearing Jon's old practice jersey from high school (the one I had the honor of wearing on game day as his girlfriend) and Allie wearing a basketball tshirt of Jon's. I'm out of jerseys!</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-pO2JR1ixgq0/UiYlvk-0qPI/AAAAAAAABRE/UFh6rl3a0iQ/s1600/DSCN0739.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="240" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-pO2JR1ixgq0/UiYlvk-0qPI/AAAAAAAABRE/UFh6rl3a0iQ/s320/DSCN0739.JPG" width="320" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
The muscle faces.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-vB6mOUm2klQ/UiYlwHnIcFI/AAAAAAAABRI/Q5ql3_pygqU/s1600/DSCN0740.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="240" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-vB6mOUm2klQ/UiYlwHnIcFI/AAAAAAAABRI/Q5ql3_pygqU/s320/DSCN0740.JPG" width="320" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
A back shot of course. As a side story: Jon's number in high school was 81. So this year we picked Tyler's number be to 81. I think that's pretty neat.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-GnJbp7uF23A/UiYlxI5AlDI/AAAAAAAABRU/6mRq6iItkM8/s1600/DSCN0742.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="240" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-GnJbp7uF23A/UiYlxI5AlDI/AAAAAAAABRU/6mRq6iItkM8/s320/DSCN0742.JPG" width="320" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
And they are off again. I am so thankful for God's blessings on us. Healthy kids to play, friends to play with, a nice yard to run in and a gorgeous summer evening.</div>

<div style="text-align: center;">
We were blessed to be able to head over to Green Bay with some friends for a super fun day. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
We went to Bay Beach first. There are all of those rides and Chloe just wanted to play on the playground. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-T1qkf_zoGH0/UgP1bhVOV6I/AAAAAAAABPE/6Wj3H_IB67A/s1600/DSCN0593.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="240" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-T1qkf_zoGH0/UgP1bhVOV6I/AAAAAAAABPE/6Wj3H_IB67A/s320/DSCN0593.JPG" width="320" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
The brave girls on the swings.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-0clM5fmDtJ4/UgP1hwqnx6I/AAAAAAAABP0/QKi6t3aiKc0/s1600/DSCN0597.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="240" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-0clM5fmDtJ4/UgP1hwqnx6I/AAAAAAAABP0/QKi6t3aiKc0/s320/DSCN0597.JPG" width="320" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
It was unplanned but all the girl kids wore yellow. I love this picture because Tanya must have said something pretty funny. Thank goodness that she & Troy were willing to go on the rides with the kids! I am not a huge ride person so it would not have been good. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-iXpUHZUrY2c/UgP1cvd3vfI/AAAAAAAABPM/TM5boaYCvA4/s1600/DSCN0599.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="240" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-iXpUHZUrY2c/UgP1cvd3vfI/AAAAAAAABPM/TM5boaYCvA4/s320/DSCN0599.JPG" width="320" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Meanwhile, I was with this one, sticking to the small rides. He is just like his mother :) It always has been this way - Tyler & I sit & relax while Jon takes Hannah on the rides. We're a good team like that. And I think Chloe will be with that crew. She went on the scrambler!</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-UTpQzWeTUSI/UgP1dgIh_OI/AAAAAAAABPU/BSByDJoJB4M/s1600/DSCN0601.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="240" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-UTpQzWeTUSI/UgP1dgIh_OI/AAAAAAAABPU/BSByDJoJB4M/s320/DSCN0601.JPG" width="320" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Then we went to Packer Family Night. It was such a great time!</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-TfKjjyZf2JA/UgP1eiwXMII/AAAAAAAABPc/__9ygOQNMVM/s1600/DSCN0607.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="240" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-TfKjjyZf2JA/UgP1eiwXMII/AAAAAAAABPc/__9ygOQNMVM/s320/DSCN0607.JPG" width="320" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Chloe got a little testy. She kept yelling booooooo when people would cheer.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-a4zz7XYBAsQ/UgP1fjGPFgI/AAAAAAAABPk/yXEQgZq3hXs/s1600/DSCN0614.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="240" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-a4zz7XYBAsQ/UgP1fjGPFgI/AAAAAAAABPk/yXEQgZq3hXs/s320/DSCN0614.JPG" width="320" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
This was during "Jump Around!"</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

<div style="text-align: center;">
The fireworks did not disappoint.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-uQgKiXal_OQ/UgP1h83H9WI/AAAAAAAABP4/ilOFPcmNWLY/s1600/DSCN0625.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="240" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-uQgKiXal_OQ/UgP1h83H9WI/AAAAAAAABP4/ilOFPcmNWLY/s320/DSCN0625.JPG" width="320" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
At the end of the night. I am so grateful that we were able to go & have this family fun.</div>

<div style="text-align: center;">
We were so blessed to be able to go to Lifest again this year. We really do love it. Hannah was so excited for the big bag of cotton candy.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-8BHf9c07mwc/Ufa8E2PZxvI/AAAAAAAABN0/qVvdZfUI2xY/s1600/DSCN0564.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="240" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-8BHf9c07mwc/Ufa8E2PZxvI/AAAAAAAABN0/qVvdZfUI2xY/s320/DSCN0564.JPG" width="320" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Tyler needed to be as close to the stage as he possible could for the evening shows. We stayed up there for all of Toby Mac on Thursday, some of Newsboys on Friday and we did not even attempt it for Skillet on Saturday. The funny thing is, Mom went up front for the first song of Skillet! We couldn't find her & were joking about her being up front. And she really was! She said she needed the once in a lifetime experience. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-KWZqMCoIJyw/Ufa8GXpfiHI/AAAAAAAABOE/11EE412bRv8/s1600/DSCN0568.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="240" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-KWZqMCoIJyw/Ufa8GXpfiHI/AAAAAAAABOE/11EE412bRv8/s320/DSCN0568.JPG" width="320" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Relaxing during one of the earlier shows with Kelsey. It was a beautiful weekend. Not too hot and no rain.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-Vj4KMRWQ63w/Ufa8FG427eI/AAAAAAAABN8/hZ-2gqPbvSs/s1600/DSCN0571.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="240" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-Vj4KMRWQ63w/Ufa8FG427eI/AAAAAAAABN8/hZ-2gqPbvSs/s320/DSCN0571.JPG" width="320" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Tyler loved this mustache. Well, atleast the idea of it. It itched him like crazy so it really didn't last too long.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-tRl3y-wPNKE/Ufa8JfuIW2I/AAAAAAAABOc/FFgI8PnSLi8/s1600/DSCN0573.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="240" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-tRl3y-wPNKE/Ufa8JfuIW2I/AAAAAAAABOc/FFgI8PnSLi8/s320/DSCN0573.JPG" width="320" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
This was Chloe up front during Newsboys. It really was super loud. And the feeling of the bass in your chest literally hurt. Even Tyler wanted to go to the chairs & sit. Needless to say, so did Chloe.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-VJYz_EqSO84/Ufa8G0wcInI/AAAAAAAABOM/Q_ewLuZLjok/s1600/DSCN0576.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="240" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-VJYz_EqSO84/Ufa8G0wcInI/AAAAAAAABOM/Q_ewLuZLjok/s320/DSCN0576.JPG" width="320" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Ah, much better in the chairs.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-ecJR9TEAhl4/Ufa8KKy0NEI/AAAAAAAABOs/r8Jq3ugnXmA/s1600/DSCN0577.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="240" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-ecJR9TEAhl4/Ufa8KKy0NEI/AAAAAAAABOs/r8Jq3ugnXmA/s320/DSCN0577.JPG" width="320" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
The girls loved the face painting. Last year it was so hot that the paint literally ran down their faces from the sweat, but this year they stayed on nicely. Until Chloe forgot about it & put a bottle of water on her forehead & smeared it around. That did not go over so great. They also got their balloon puppets. We went early to be first in line. Yeah, well. I accidently popped Chloe's & ended up standing in line again, for 45 minutes this time to get a replacement. Note for the future - balloons pop when they touch grass.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-PpSD93wJEf8/Ufa8IQ-zmMI/AAAAAAAABOU/PsMNVmRb4AE/s1600/DSCN0580.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="240" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-PpSD93wJEf8/Ufa8IQ-zmMI/AAAAAAAABOU/PsMNVmRb4AE/s320/DSCN0580.JPG" width="320" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Tyler has always wanted to see Skillet. Me, they are not my favorite. But he loved it.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-JSKi0jvcukA/Ufa8J7f33AI/AAAAAAAABOk/yf0HkaERqwc/s1600/DSCN0581.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="240" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-JSKi0jvcukA/Ufa8J7f33AI/AAAAAAAABOk/yf0HkaERqwc/s320/DSCN0581.JPG" width="320" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
The girls spent the time dancing with friends.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
This year we rented a camper and it was awesome. Definately the way to go! It was also great to get to meet up with a friend from our EC days. Oh I miss Carrie C!! But it was great to meet up & we look forward to heading over there to see her & Matt again. What a great weekend. God is so good isn't He!</div>

<div style="text-align: center;">
Our family has been amazingly blessed to become friends with some wonderful families that have an area called The Shack. They are so kind and it is such a beautiful place to get together. A couple of weekends ago we took my parents camper out to the camper lot there (I think there were 11 campers that weekend)</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-eC7ZwOsTHsI/UebfA1DPKaI/AAAAAAAABMk/RGH9p0H-wrs/s1600/DSCN0522.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="240" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-eC7ZwOsTHsI/UebfA1DPKaI/AAAAAAAABMk/RGH9p0H-wrs/s320/DSCN0522.JPG" width="320" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
We were nice & close to Teeney. And if you know me, you might be thinking...Kari goes camping? Since when? Well, a few years ago I wouldn't have done it. But God has impressed on me the fun we need to have in life. To enjoy His creation & to be social & being with friends. But let's have full disclosure- I still go home to shower & the camper has air conditioning. :) And if you knew me in high school, you might be thinking...Kari is camping...with Teeney? Yep, she has become an awesome friend of mine and I am grateful that we have gotten to know each other so well.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

<div style="text-align: center;">
There were a lot of kids out there throughout the weekend. Swimming is always one of the favorite things to do. It is very deep so the diving board & the swing are a hit. This picture is of some of the boys.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-1t0v-upjZts/UebfLsimZlI/AAAAAAAABNA/XxLLvVvCv6w/s1600/DSCN0548.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="240" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-1t0v-upjZts/UebfLsimZlI/AAAAAAAABNA/XxLLvVvCv6w/s320/DSCN0548.JPG" width="320" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
The boys fishing. A common bait they use is bread :)</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

<div style="text-align: center;">
There are so many four wheelers & stuff out there...for kids & adults. Here O is taking Hannah for a spin.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/--Fyck7nh4T0/UebfnP9ZwVI/AAAAAAAABNM/6tR45jcH8o8/s1600/DSCN0509.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="240" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/--Fyck7nh4T0/UebfnP9ZwVI/AAAAAAAABNM/6tR45jcH8o8/s320/DSCN0509.JPG" width="320" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Frog catching is always fun.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">

<div style="text-align: center;">
They also love the swing set.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>

<div style="text-align: center;">
Here they are, all tired out. Or maybe they are rolling their eyes at that potato gun!! Or waiting for the campfire, ghost in the graveyard & smores. It truly is a wonderful place to be & we are so grateful for the blessing to get to go there so often. God is so good isn't He!</div>

<a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-GhkRIT9oAbM/Uc3N3M7VmsI/AAAAAAAABLs/Ah748KIu03k/s1024/DSCN0465.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="240" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-GhkRIT9oAbM/Uc3N3M7VmsI/AAAAAAAABLs/Ah748KIu03k/s320/DSCN0465.JPG" width="320" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Summer leaves Jon & I with lots of running to keep up with the sports - between the practices & the games there is something pretty much every night of the week. And our kids are only in 1 sport each, I can't imagine if they were in more than one. But we really do enjoy it. Chloe started soccer this year.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-Qdg6PxB2uA8/Uc3N3h-Vh3I/AAAAAAAABLw/4J22aOQp5sU/s1024/DSCN0466.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="240" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-Qdg6PxB2uA8/Uc3N3h-Vh3I/AAAAAAAABLw/4J22aOQp5sU/s320/DSCN0466.JPG" width="320" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
She scored a goal...in the right goal...not the other team's goal! Yeah Chloe! Well, not in this picture, but I didn't get a picture of the actual goal making. There was lots of scoring in the wrong net, but of course we parents cheered anyway, it is only 4 year old soccer.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">

<div style="text-align: center;">
Tyler does baseball. They have been having him pitch a few innings & he has been doing pretty good. Grandpa set up a contraption in the backyard so that he can practice pitching. Here he is getting ready to pitch during a game.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-cCHyYTw4OmQ/Uc3N4kQBkTI/AAAAAAAABL8/d_2tEgJ0y9g/s1024/DSCN0472.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="240" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-cCHyYTw4OmQ/Uc3N4kQBkTI/AAAAAAAABL8/d_2tEgJ0y9g/s320/DSCN0472.JPG" width="320" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
And he pitches with everything in him. I was behind home plate, just off to the side, taking the pictures and I think I threw him off. Because that ball, right there, hit the fence directly in front of me instead of going over the plate. I personally think it was a warning to me from him to stop taking pictures, but he claims it wasn't.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-45EuIBXzzHA/Uc3N5-9blLI/AAAAAAAABME/_WL5ZddDBco/s1024/DSCN0474.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="240" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-45EuIBXzzHA/Uc3N5-9blLI/AAAAAAAABME/_WL5ZddDBco/s320/DSCN0474.JPG" width="320" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
And Hannah also does soccer. She is so good at it! Here she is, with all kinds of opposing players around her. Go Hannah!</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-qoqMieoOX5A/Uc3N63nb8dI/AAAAAAAABMM/GStMAMKaa6I/s1024/DSCN0477.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="240" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-qoqMieoOX5A/Uc3N63nb8dI/AAAAAAAABMM/GStMAMKaa6I/s320/DSCN0477.JPG" width="320" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
She runs hard & is pretty aggressive at going after the ball.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
We are so thankful to God that we have strong, healthy kids that are able to play sports. We are blessed to be able to take them to & from their events. God is so good isn't He!</div>

<div style="text-align: center;">
Our baby turned 5 last week. We had multiple celebrations for her. We had brownies with the T family.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-v-uuRW1ChI8/UcC7H4jo_TI/AAAAAAAABK8/9Wdie9b0W54/s1600/DSCN0408.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="240" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-v-uuRW1ChI8/UcC7H4jo_TI/AAAAAAAABK8/9Wdie9b0W54/s320/DSCN0408.JPG" width="320" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
We outlined each other on the driveway with sidewalk chalk. They actually did a lot of bodies along most of the driveway. It looked like quite a crime scene.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-Iuv3onHe5wY/UcC7ICQHpsI/AAAAAAAABLA/PrFZnQV-wcg/s1600/DSCN0415.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="240" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-Iuv3onHe5wY/UcC7ICQHpsI/AAAAAAAABLA/PrFZnQV-wcg/s320/DSCN0415.JPG" width="320" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
We got her a rock box. The girl loves to collect rocks. We find them everywhere, so a place for her to put them is a needed thing. It's really just a tool box and I bought cool stickers to put on it. She loved it.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>

<div style="text-align: center;">
We can't forget that she shares a birthday with Kelsey. Happy Sweet 16 Kelsey!</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">

<div style="text-align: center;">
Grandma Hayseed invited us all for lunch to celebrate. She had a bunch of Chloe's favorite foods and a cake! Even Grandpa & Sister came out to enjoy the picnic lunch. It was such a great surprise. Thank you Grandma!</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">

<div style="text-align: center;">
After a birthday supper & more cupcakes what better way to end than with a silly string fight. I love how in the background of the picture Hannah is getting Tyler. Chloe is such a sweet pea. Even though she is getting too big too fast she will always be our baby. Jon & I are so blessed to have her and we thank God for her everyday. She brings some spice and some excitement to our everyday lives. She loves to ride her bike, use sidewalk chalk & comes up with the craziest sayings. We love you Chloe. Happy Birthday!</div>

<a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-4bTmVPT0CcQ/UadfYsWlpBI/AAAAAAAABJ8/lHIEwDMvUxU/s1600/DSCN0383.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="240" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-4bTmVPT0CcQ/UadfYsWlpBI/AAAAAAAABJ8/lHIEwDMvUxU/s320/DSCN0383.JPG" width="320" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Life has been super busy with all kinds of programs, field trips & events. Hannah was a wonderful bunny in her spring play. She said all of her lines perfectly & she hopped like crazy! We practiced those lines & songs so much I think I have the whole thing memorized! I can't believe she is finishing up second grade already!</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-j_KvYUlhAzo/UadfZ9tGN6I/AAAAAAAABKE/r6HUXXWvu1w/s1600/DSCN0386.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="240" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-j_KvYUlhAzo/UadfZ9tGN6I/AAAAAAAABKE/r6HUXXWvu1w/s320/DSCN0386.JPG" width="320" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
The kids found this snake one night. Tyler came in to tell me & I kind of said ok, they must have found a little grass snake. 5 minutes later I went outside & I was shocked to see one so big! Now I just hope it goes away. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-mPH9VaMpZmU/UadfbWl2bOI/AAAAAAAABKU/uYgtxDQfRz8/s1600/DSCN0388.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="240" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-mPH9VaMpZmU/UadfbWl2bOI/AAAAAAAABKU/uYgtxDQfRz8/s320/DSCN0388.JPG" width="320" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Chloe is almost done with pre-k and will officially be in kindergarten next year. Now that might be even scarier than that snake! I had to take a picture of her hair this night. With the humidity her hair goes crazy curls just like her moms!</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-WzsvHdGEWfY/UadfawNwq4I/AAAAAAAABKM/szMl1mg-9NE/s1600/DSCN0394.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="240" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-WzsvHdGEWfY/UadfawNwq4I/AAAAAAAABKM/szMl1mg-9NE/s320/DSCN0394.JPG" width="320" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
And this boy...he will be in MIDDLE SCHOOL next year! I'm not sure I'm ready for this yet. He is enjoying growing out his hair to have a "real" hairstyle. I didn't get any pictures because I forgot the camera, but I went to watch his track & field yesterday & he did awesome - he got three ribbons. Way to go Tyler! </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Our summer is set to be a busy one. I can't wait to see what God has in store for us. He is so good & we are so wonderfully blessed.</div>

<a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-72_owy_heMM/UZJ4rjGnAHI/AAAAAAAABJk/6VSQUbGkiiU/s1600/DSCN0373.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-72_owy_heMM/UZJ4rjGnAHI/AAAAAAAABJk/6VSQUbGkiiU/s320/DSCN0373.JPG" width="240" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
The girls and I were able to go to a Mother/Daughter Tea on the Friday before Mother's Day. It was so much fun to be able to get all dressed up and do our hair. And go somewhere just the 3 of us. Tyler was kind of sad and made me promise to do a Mother/Son time just for him. So we have to find a time for that.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-tLVkRIPOgok/UZJ4uxqHA1I/AAAAAAAABJs/6Esm0cFWem4/s1600/DSCN0374.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="240" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-tLVkRIPOgok/UZJ4uxqHA1I/AAAAAAAABJs/6Esm0cFWem4/s320/DSCN0374.JPG" width="320" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
The food was wonderful and the speaker was great. But the favorite part for both girls was the chocolate fountain. Chloe of course put chocolate on her plate, and swirled her M&Ms around in the chocolate and ate them by the spoonfuls. She was a mess, but she loved it! It was a blessing to see so many people that I knew there - thank you Nicole for inviting us to enjoy the night.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
I wish I had gotten a picture with Tyler, but I didn't. But I am so incredibly blessed by the 3 wonderful kids God has blessed me & Jon with. By His grace, may He use me as their mother to help to continue to point them along the path of true joy, which can only be found in Jesus.</div>

<a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-GgQQK3k2PTQ/UUcyV6KN5kI/AAAAAAAABIU/GI8UtZPaSpo/s1600/DSCN0323.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="240" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-GgQQK3k2PTQ/UUcyV6KN5kI/AAAAAAAABIU/GI8UtZPaSpo/s320/DSCN0323.JPG" width="320" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
This weekend we celebrated Hannah's birthday (which is actually March 23). Hannah & I spent Saturday, just me & her, doing some of her favorite things. First up, a HUGE surprise for her - she got her ears pierced! She was so excited, but it turned to fear pretty quickly.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-1ORnZjLmi94/UUcyWJ4KLxI/AAAAAAAABIY/WmGw7XOcqNU/s1600/DSCN0327.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"> <img border="0" height="240" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-1ORnZjLmi94/UUcyWJ4KLxI/AAAAAAAABIY/WmGw7XOcqNU/s320/DSCN0327.JPG" width="320" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
All done! We are getting used to them, but she loves them.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-esxlFJ-8dro/UUcyW1p91AI/AAAAAAAABIk/xh6s2P_FCik/s1600/DSCN0328.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="240" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-esxlFJ-8dro/UUcyW1p91AI/AAAAAAAABIk/xh6s2P_FCik/s320/DSCN0328.JPG" width="320" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Then we went to Wausau to eat at Olive Garden - her favorite place to eat her favorite food - spaghetti. And as a bonus - they gave us our entire meal for FREE! The waitress took a little longer to get to our table so they surprised us with no charge! WOW! What a blessing!</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-xDkm_fhHYrI/UUcyY8P3MQI/AAAAAAAABIs/xfYWaUwGH2g/s1600/DSCN0331.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="240" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-xDkm_fhHYrI/UUcyY8P3MQI/AAAAAAAABIs/xfYWaUwGH2g/s320/DSCN0331.JPG" width="320" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
She drank a whole cappuccino - her favorite.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-B781rUINfxk/UUcyZEnElAI/AAAAAAAABIw/DaRbxFleGus/s1600/DSCN0332.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="240" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-B781rUINfxk/UUcyZEnElAI/AAAAAAAABIw/DaRbxFleGus/s320/DSCN0332.JPG" width="320" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
We went through the car wash - it was horrible after going to Wausau & she loves the car wash. And we didn't have Chloe with thank goodness. That Chloe- she hates the car wash with great passion!</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-Q4wia9JgSj8/UUcyZlHaouI/AAAAAAAABI8/l5bKgpit-zA/s1600/DSCN0338.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="240" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-Q4wia9JgSj8/UUcyZlHaouI/AAAAAAAABI8/l5bKgpit-zA/s320/DSCN0338.JPG" width="320" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
We had a little party to remember Grandpa Art Saturday evening & we had some birthday cake. This is half the kids - the other boys ran away, but Tyler felt compelled to stay. She got to curl her hair & play with Taylor - one of her favorite things to do. The family even had a present for Hannah - which they didn't have to do, but what a blessing!</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-Pk3HArUlxQk/UUcybMFChdI/AAAAAAAABJE/GZlOmh8xL_s/s1600/DSCN0342.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="240" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-Pk3HArUlxQk/UUcybMFChdI/AAAAAAAABJE/GZlOmh8xL_s/s320/DSCN0342.JPG" width="320" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Then Taylor was a huge blessing and let Hannah have her American Girl doll! What an amazing present, and she loves it!</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-WR46IIHYfaE/UUcybWF_XQI/AAAAAAAABJI/cLoZaA4BGLg/s1600/DSCN0343.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="240" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-WR46IIHYfaE/UUcybWF_XQI/AAAAAAAABJI/cLoZaA4BGLg/s320/DSCN0343.JPG" width="320" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Then the neighbors came over on Sunday & they all got to go on the tobaggan with the snowmobile. We had a great weekend celebrating our little - or not so little - girl. Hannah loves to serve other people and the evidence of God working in her heart is lovely to watch. Happy 8th birthday Hannah Jo! Daddy & I love you so very much & we thank God for blessing us with you! Our prayer is that you continue to grow into a beautiful young lady, who seeks to follow Jesus more than anything else.</div>

Today is my husband's birthday. Happy Happy Birthday to the man that I love beyond words. Today I am so thankful for the man God has given me to share my life with. I have been praying for God's abundant blessings to poured out on his life today. That God would pour out His grace & mercy on Jon and bless him beyond what I could ever imagine for him. Today we celebrate the man God created in my husband. That his life would be used to bring God glory & honor & praise. What an amazing story God is writing with this man's life, and I am honored to be a part of it.<br />
<br />
So why a picture from our engagement pictures? Well, today is also an anniversary. Fourteen years ago today (February 12, 1999), Jon got down on one knee and asked me to be his wife. He said my saying yes was the greatest gift I could ever give him for his birthday. I have so many wonderful memories of that night. They make me smile. And when I look back over all these years, with all of it's ups & downs, saying yes is a decision that I would never, ever take back. So his birthday will always hold a special place in our hearts. It was a beginning of a wonderful, God-inspired lifetime journey that we are on together. And I am so excited to see where it leads us. God is so good isn't He!!<br />

My beloved, may you have many more years. May you be blessed by our loving Father, drawing near to us as we draw near to Him. I thank God for you each and every day. YOU ARE LOVED!Karihttp://www.blogger.com/profile/07783931713948091699noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7110636079990449819.post-24438753288762286182013-01-02T10:26:00.000-06:002013-01-02T10:26:07.398-06:00The New Year<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-UGS9hN1FpR0/UORZlGBItjI/AAAAAAAABG0/2dHpdRoqCkw/s1600/DSCN0236.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="240" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-UGS9hN1FpR0/UORZlGBItjI/AAAAAAAABG0/2dHpdRoqCkw/s320/DSCN0236.JPG" width="320" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
I am going to focus on New Years' Eve. Christmas is done, it was a little chaotic & not normal. It was good, but different. These two love ladies here, they were diagnosed with whooping cough the Friday before Christmas. So we were cut off from seeing people for 5 days. Which meant not being around extended family for Christmas. And they couldn't go to Christmas Eve services. So it was different, but God blessed it in so many other ways. They are recovering, and don't worry - they are no longer contagious - but still coughing for up to 3 more months. Don't you love their New Year's dress up? I love Chloe's purple lipstick which went around her lips more than on her lips.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-q-CiTnLT9PQ/UORZwAl_TOI/AAAAAAAABG8/XVA4FAD6BUk/s1600/DSCN0241.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="240" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-q-CiTnLT9PQ/UORZwAl_TOI/AAAAAAAABG8/XVA4FAD6BUk/s320/DSCN0241.JPG" width="320" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Oh yeah, I forgot to mention that the Thursday before Christmas we discovered at the doctor's appointment for the coughing - that Chloe had a broken arm! The poor girl broke it the Saturday before & I didn't know how it happened & that it was broken until the following Thursday. So we left that day with a cast - which was not on my to do list! Especially since it was the day of the big snowstorm - and school being cancelled! She hates the cast & wants to off because it itches, but we have some more weeks to go on it. Despite the arm - she played Twister with the rest of them on New Years.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-7IZr9F0Kg5w/UORZ6kxyj5I/AAAAAAAABHE/mCr6-v2BkYA/s1600/DSCN0242.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="240" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-7IZr9F0Kg5w/UORZ6kxyj5I/AAAAAAAABHE/mCr6-v2BkYA/s320/DSCN0242.JPG" width="320" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Our dear friends & neighbors came over for some KFC & Twister on New Years. The kids loved it. Hannah & Caden (shown in the blurry pic above) are both 7 & in the same class. And they are both really good at Twister. And they didn't care at all about getting up close & personal if it meant the difference between winning & losing.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-cjjUtFRFD9U/UORaPEzk4SI/AAAAAAAABHM/nQK_7ELrimk/s1600/DSCN0246.JPG" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="240" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-cjjUtFRFD9U/UORaPEzk4SI/AAAAAAAABHM/nQK_7ELrimk/s320/DSCN0246.JPG" width="320" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Tyler was much more aware of his personal space. But there was really no competing against Hannah & Caden. They literally had them selves twisted into pretzels & held their positions. It was an awesome time. Us moms also took out turns - but I won't post those pictures :)</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

<div style="text-align: center;">
Here is the crew of kids. The 6 of them had a lot of fun & so did the parents. We are looking forward to many more Christmas & New Years together.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

<div style="text-align: center;">
And this is me with my dear and precious friend Tanya. I have many friends that I thank God for in my life. They all get me through the days by pouring God's love out on me. I thank God for this special friend today because she is one of God's blessings to me in more ways than I can say.</div>

<div style="text-align: center;">
Here the kiddos getting ready for Christmas. Getting this picture was a challenge. I thought it was suppose to get easier to get a picture as they got older? But I like it, how can I not love a picture of such cute kids!</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-SwZfZ18ckhk/UM9j_1c76JI/AAAAAAAABGU/2VmhQixk0_k/s1600/marshfield+2.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="240" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-SwZfZ18ckhk/UM9j_1c76JI/AAAAAAAABGU/2VmhQixk0_k/s320/marshfield+2.jpg" width="320" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
We have been intentional about getting all of our Christmas things done. Cookies, shopping, gingerbread houses, the lights in Marshfield, etc. We went & saw the lights last Thursday - and there was hardly any people there. It was so nice. Easy parking, no crowds & we were able to also do the drive through without any waiting. Going on a week night is definately worth it! The kids love all of these things where they put their heads through the holes.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-a0o94WSQyTI/UM9kKGO19VI/AAAAAAAABGc/tv5KTIZlk_I/s1600/marshfield.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="240" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-a0o94WSQyTI/UM9kKGO19VI/AAAAAAAABGc/tv5KTIZlk_I/s320/marshfield.jpg" width="320" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Here they are sitting on the ice sculpture. This week on Thursday after school we are ringing the bell for the Salvation Army at County Market - come say hi! We pray that you are all having a wonderful Christmas season. Celebrating the gift of Jesus is a precious time. Enjoy your families and the goodies. But never take your focus off the reason we have Christmas in the first place - the birth of Jesus.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Merry Christmas from the Kapitz Family!</div>

</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-QoxRFpHuwPs/UHW3-9uujXI/AAAAAAAABEs/foMGrqY5IEU/s1600/Jon+college.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="219" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-QoxRFpHuwPs/UHW3-9uujXI/AAAAAAAABEs/foMGrqY5IEU/s320/Jon+college.jpg" width="320" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
In college Jon became known as Kap. Pronounced like c-a-p, cap. Not like c-o-p like our last name actually sounds. Everyone called him Kap. The above is a picture of Jon in college. Yes, he is wearing an earring- oh how I remember that day so clearly! Wasn't he such a hot guy (sorry, can't help it)</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-R0qxVqfwQjM/UHW4CDfWOjI/AAAAAAAABFE/EPxnVwVJjlI/s1600/outside.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="218" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-R0qxVqfwQjM/UHW4CDfWOjI/AAAAAAAABFE/EPxnVwVJjlI/s320/outside.jpg" width="320" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
After some years together he asked me to be his bride.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-fyiDUibtnLk/UHW4DEUC6SI/AAAAAAAABFM/0tFtDqSvfNs/s1600/wedding+stage.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-fyiDUibtnLk/UHW4DEUC6SI/AAAAAAAABFM/0tFtDqSvfNs/s320/wedding+stage.jpg" width="248" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
After that day, I became affectionately known as... Mrs. Kap. Our group of friends consisted of mostly slightly younger guys and it worked for them to refer to us as Kap & Mrs. Kap. I've always said that I wanted to get a license plate for our vehicle that said Mrs Kap - maybe next year when I renew it.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-kwSOBGNPDx8/UHW4A42sLoI/AAAAAAAABE8/QUG6v8OY2Is/s1600/hospital.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="209" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-kwSOBGNPDx8/UHW4A42sLoI/AAAAAAAABE8/QUG6v8OY2Is/s320/hospital.jpg" width="320" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Then we had a baby. I know I look not so fine in this picture but oh well. I did just go through my first labor & delivery you know! Although we did have an overflowing waiting room which consisted family - sisters, parents, cousins, aunts, friends, roommates, and even some that I didn't know. It was kinda weird, but a memory we will never forget, everyone coming in 2 by 2 and the awkwardness of "oh, it's nice to meet you, I'm glad you came to meet me & our baby 30 minutes after he was born". I say that in a laughing way not a mean way, because I love that memory! And none of that has much to do with this post, but I couldn't stop myself.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-RmbJcYU49wA/UHW3_jiJ_4I/AAAAAAAABE0/m-IuoeYOGfg/s1600/football.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="320" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-RmbJcYU49wA/UHW3_jiJ_4I/AAAAAAAABE0/m-IuoeYOGfg/s320/football.jpg" width="240" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
The point is that now that little baby boy plays football. And my heart is overjoyed when I hear all of his friends & teammates refer to him as.........T-Kap! Those boys don't even know the story and he naturally became T-Kap. He loves his nickname. And I love seeing how we are the Kap family.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Kap...Mrs. Kap...T-Kap... and well those other two. I'm not so sure that H-Kap & C-Kap work. For them we will stick with Hannah Bo Jangles and sweet pea/green bean.</div>

<div style="text-align: center;">
The kids on school picture day. New haircuts and new clothes. Chloe missed school picture day because she has been sick. But thankfully, we seem to be on the better side of that now.</div>

<a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-UpWJQk5IXQM/UCkaVcWB_jI/AAAAAAAABDY/gDtYFFJVj6Y/s1600/face+paint.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="240" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-UpWJQk5IXQM/UCkaVcWB_jI/AAAAAAAABDY/gDtYFFJVj6Y/s320/face+paint.jpg" width="320" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
In July we went to Lifest in Oshkosh. It was an awesome 5 days and 4 nights in a camper. With our 3 kids. And my parents. In one camper. It was hot. But for real - it was a great time and I am so grateful for my parents taking us so that I am able to take our kids to these kinds of things. On my own, it would be hard to handle. I stole the pics from mom (she has a bunch more on her facebook). The kids broke our camera so I am without one right now, so I just used her pics. Tyler & Hannah got their faces painted & balloons. It was quite the design!</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-hGZ_lenhxfs/UCkaWHfq-nI/AAAAAAAABDg/dNUMeI1P7Bo/s1600/girls+dancing.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="240" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/-hGZ_lenhxfs/UCkaWHfq-nI/AAAAAAAABDg/dNUMeI1P7Bo/s320/girls+dancing.jpg" width="320" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
The girls had a great time dancing during the shows. This night was Casting Crowns. Earlier in the day, a security guy came up and said "Hey, do you want to move your chairs to the very front row?" I was like "Sure! Thanks!" So he moved us up to the very front row. It was awesome. God is so good. He also blessed us with a friend of Tabby's who worked there by driving the golf carts. So when we would need a ride, we'd give her a call and our very own taxi cart came to carry us around. It was the good life!</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-zjRRoOo1s78/UCkaW7jcCoI/AAAAAAAABDo/ViHyKNxJ8EE/s1600/hannah+jumping.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="240" src="http://4.bp.blogspot.com/-zjRRoOo1s78/UCkaW7jcCoI/AAAAAAAABDo/ViHyKNxJ8EE/s320/hannah+jumping.jpg" width="320" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Hannah has talked about it for a year - she was going to do the bungee jumping this year. And she did it and she loved it! Tyler did do it also, but blogspot is still only letting me do 5 pictures at a post. She is our little dare devil.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-7A1pPduinEw/UCkaXtjyJMI/AAAAAAAABDw/2IMX7qLcqHY/s1600/shonlock.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="240" src="http://3.bp.blogspot.com/-7A1pPduinEw/UCkaXtjyJMI/AAAAAAAABDw/2IMX7qLcqHY/s320/shonlock.jpg" width="320" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Tyler was so excited about being this close for Shonlock. He also loved seeing Brian Head Welch, although I didn't take him this close for that one. He has an amazing testimony, which you can see at <a href="http://www.iamsecond.com/seconds/brian-welch">http://www.iamsecond.com/seconds/brian-welch</a> . (That website also has a ton of other amazing testimonies). But even though he left Korn, it still sounds like Korn type music. Tyler loves it, I sucked it up & took him. But I did really like Shonlock.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<a href="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-10AtTE9uMAc/UCkaX7MA9CI/AAAAAAAABD4/tp-EM4fqomY/s1600/tk.jpg" imageanchor="1" style="margin-left: 1em; margin-right: 1em;"><img border="0" height="240" src="http://1.bp.blogspot.com/-10AtTE9uMAc/UCkaX7MA9CI/AAAAAAAABD4/tp-EM4fqomY/s320/tk.jpg" width="320" /></a></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
We also got to see Tracey K each day. It was good to get to see her so much. Here is Chloe getting mad about TK taking her picture. It was quite the ordeal. But as TK pointed out, she was so concerned about TK, she didn't even notice Hannah taking her picture. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Lifest was a great time. We got to hear some great evidences of God's grace in people's lives. And the music was moving. My favorite was The Newsboys. Jon & I saw them together in 1997 & they were good, but this was amazing. Chloe is still singing "God's not dead - he's surely alive!" Mom & Dad already booked a site for next year. We're praying that Daddy will be with next year. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Rejoicing & living life, yet always prayerful & finding hope in the truth that God is not dead, He is alive & moving. Watch and see His glory revealed.</div>

<div style="text-align: center;">
Last weekend we went camping for the first time...ever. It was fun! And I was blessed to have so many people help me out that I actually became so spoiled, that I'm not sure I can call it camping on my own with 3 kids! I'm so thankful for friends & family!! Tyler caught tons of fish. And there were so many helpful people around to take the fish off the hooks for him so I didn't have to (even though I don't know how either) </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">

Chloe loves green onions from the garden. She went to the camper for a snack. Onions dipped in ranch & salt. Yummy. And she eats all of it - the green part is her favorite. She is also known for going out to the garden and just taking bites off the tops once in awhile. Who needs bunnies when you have Chloe to eat off your garden!</div>

Friends :)</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
It was a great time and we can't wait to go and do it again sometime! We also pray for the day when daddy will come with us. It is a fun time, but also bittersweet because the kids & I all recognize that he is missing and that he would absolutely love it out at the shack. He would fit right in. </div>
<div style="text-align: center;">
Praying & waiting yet living & loving life in all of God's goodness & grace.</div>Karihttp://www.blogger.com/profile/07783931713948091699noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7110636079990449819.post-48772466666980904402012-06-19T13:36:00.001-05:002012-06-19T13:38:54.651-05:00Chloes Kapitz is 4!<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

<div style="text-align: center;">
Last week we celebrated Chloe turning 4. I can not believe that she is 4 already! We got her a real bike this year. We hid it in the neighbor's shed for a week, and Kelsey brought it over bright & early for us. She loves it. And we have only had 1 scraped knee so far.</div>
<div style="text-align: center;">

<div style="text-align: center;">
I love how she has to stand up and blow the candles out from the top. Although this is the second round. Tyler & Hannah couldn't stop themselves from "helping" her the first time so we had to re-light them and do it again.</div>

<div style="text-align: center;">
Chloe is an amazing gift from God. He has entrusted His precious gift of Chloe to me and Jon to raise. I'm grateful beyond words that He would give her to us. By His grace alone may Jon & I raise her to follow the greatest gift of all - His Son. Chloe is a bundle of energy and happiness and love. She is the family clown. She is the troublemaker and she is super bossy yet we love her to pieces. She always has interesting things to say such as... "and you are welcome for the thank you that you should say". She melts my heart when she says things like "mommy, you are so beautiful today". She thinks her sister walks on water, she copies everything she does and always greets us when we pick her up with a huge hug. She loves to get her big brother into trouble. She always takes notice of fashion - shoes & dresses in particular. Although she lacks a sense of her own fashion! She is a perfectionist - things always need to be lined up perfectly in a certain order. She loves to sing & dance. And she can write her name! She loves Jesus and her family. Her prayers for her daddy and others that she loves are heartfelt and touching. May we all come to our Heavenly Father as children - from the mouths of babes. My cup overflows Clo-Clo, sweet pea, green bean, coco puff. No wonder she needs to declare "My name is Chloe Kapitz." We love you!!!!</div>Karihttp://www.blogger.com/profile/07783931713948091699noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7110636079990449819.post-8644307410420060042012-06-11T14:28:00.001-05:002012-06-11T14:28:39.711-05:00The Rodeo<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

We went to the rodeo last weekend. The kid always love it. The girls ate the whole bag of cotton candy in about 5 minutes. And they wanted more. </div>

Chloe didn't make it to the end. She feel asleep on my lap. I laid her down while packing up and it didn't even phase her. The next day we told her she fell asleep and she didn't believe us. I showed her the picture and she said "Oh Mom, I was just pretending." Sure you were Chloe. </div>
